We create a separate tax efficient Spanish property company (SL) for each individual home and make sure all the local rules and regulations have been adhered to. Once we are happy it is truly fit for purpose, we find and carefully vet the co-owners, and handle all the paperwork. The respective co-owners enjoy outright ownership of the home so any capital appreciation is theirs to share – Property Share Network do not retain any hold on any potential uplift.
